I stopped by this boba shop during my lunch break, and it was exactly what I needed . The milk tea was smooth with a nice tea aroma, and the sweetness level was just right. The pearls were soft and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and worked quickly even though there were a few people ahead of me. The shop is clean and cozy, making it a relaxing place to take a short break. I’ll definitely come back again.

I really love taro tea, and this place makes it perfect every single time. No hoops, no add-ons, no extras—just “taro tea, please,” and it’s in my hand in like three minutes. Simple, quick, and consistently on point. That’s how it should be.

Rare Tea is an amazing establishment. I come here quite often it is in my humble opinion the best bubble tea shop in town. I enjoy most of their milk teas and a couple of their smoothies are also very good. The amount of ice and boba in each drink are good. The boba is cooked exceptionally well and the drink selection is great. I would highly recommend this place for their milk teas specifically. Good place, fair price, friendly workers.

So, I’m more of an espresso person. But my daughter loves Rare Tea and says that the house milk tea with boba is her favorite milk tea in Visalia. The store is super nice and always clean. The service is very fast. And the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are amazing. I’ve had the Matcha and the Duo Grape Tea they were so good! The workers there are awesome also!

Super kind employees, Clean environment, amazing tasting drinks, and in my opinion.. better than gong cha. I came here at 8:30, 30 minutes before they closed. I had my card turned off just in case and I forgot to turn it back on so I could pay. When I paid, it declined but who I assume is the owner, he decided pay it for me. I was honestly eager to pay for it because I felt like it should've gone to someone more deserving, someone who couldn't pay. But I really appreciate it. I don't expect this every time whatsoever. Definitely returning more.

I stopped here on the way from Sequoia national park and it was like a heavenly oasis. As soon as you walk in you can smell that this place is authentic.! Their teas were so delicious and the toppings were amazing. I tried Brown Sugar Boba and Caramel pudding with the Snow Cream topping. What ever that snow Cream topping is, it is like nothing I've ever had. It was by far the best boba tea, and they have ruined boba for me. I don't know if my local places are even worth going to now.

I love the people working there. They're friendly, quick, and make good drinks. My favorite is the tea- spresso, organic milk, and brown sugar boba. I love it. I get very often. Oooh and let's not forget this is one of the best boba shops in visalia, so coming here, you won't be disappointed.
